204: Fitness Friday #14

This week's weigh-in is pretty good!

Weight: 162.8 (1.6 loss)
How many days I exercised this week: 0
How many days I didn’t exercise this week: 7
How I’m fitting in my dress: N/A
How I’m feeling: Pretty good
Notes: I was supposed to start my exercise three days a week as part of my 101 in 1001, but with trying to do Wedding stuff, I didn't really do it. I'm pretty happy with the 1.6 pounds I lost, and will hopefully get under 160 next week!!! I can't believe I'm losing this much weight on Weight Watchers!
